Costa Mesa

This project involved a comprehensive remodel of a house located in Costa Mesa, California. The primary focus of the remodel was the kitchen, which was completely renovated with modern appliances, fixtures, and finishes. An interior wall was removed to create a new great room, providing a spacious, open-concept living area that was ideal for entertaining guests.

To create a more open and airy feel, the existing ceiling was removed and raised to 10 feet, which also provided more natural light to the living spaces. Additionally, a new master bedroom, master bathroom, and walk-in closet were added to the house, providing a luxurious private space for the homeowners.

A new California room was built, seamlessly integrating with the rest of the house and providing a comfortable and functional space for relaxation and entertaining. The outdoor living space was perfect for enjoying the beautiful California weather.
